It’s been a while since I wrote here… in fact, it’s been a while since I wrote at all. Thankfully, after a very long time, I feel energetic enough again to focus on my creative output again. Lately, I can dedicate more time and energy to my writing, something I hope will continue to increase over time. It’s a relief and a wonderful feeling to get things moving again after the last few years of hurdles.
The story in the next book is just taking off as I rounded off the first few chapters, but I can already see some major crossroads developing in Raylan and Galirras’ battle against the Stone King. I don’t know how long it will take; there’s a lot to unfold in the next book. But I’m moving again. The story is moving again. And that makes me happy.
Readers can expect more action; more powers; insight into the Tiankong Empire and more. I probably won’t write often on the blog, though I’ve read some really fun books that I would love to share. But I have to be wise with the energy I’ve got available, and I would rather throw that into writing my books than push my online presence. Maybe this will be different in the future, maybe it won’t. All I can say is that I’m really happy that words/text/scenes/chapters are finally emerging again and I can’t wait to see where things go.
